Description

For your consideration we are offering this brand new old stock 2016, OEM GM® IO5-IO6 2.5 HMI navigation upgrade kit. By simply adding this HMI kit to your vehicle, you will have free embedded factory navigation for North America, no OnStar subscription is needed. This module will come to your door custom pre-programmed, no wire splicing simply plug & play.

Please note: Your vehicle must currently have the 8″ touch screen for this kit to be compatible. (Not compatible with RPO code IO3, IO4 or IOB). If your not sure which system you have now, just email us your VIN before purchasing. We will look up your vehicle to be sure it’s compatible.

What You Need To Know…

No core exchange necessary, you can keep your old module. The vehicle will not start without the HMI module installed. Do not let the dealer reprogram this HMI module. Some steering wheel audio functions may no longer work for 2014 & 2015 vehicles. Time shift audio recording and icon themes will no longer be available in 2014 & 2015 vehicles. If you don’t currently have a rear camera you will see an error message when in reverse.

Return Policy (Please Read)

30 day returns. Item must be in original box with receipt and has NOT been installed to receive a full refund.

If Item has been installed a restocking fee of $200 will be applied.

Why do I not get all my money back?: Because these are special programmed to your vehicle. As soon as you plug and HMI or Radio into your vehicle it “locks” to your VIN. This is to deter people from stealing these modules to be used in other vehicles. This locking is meant to be permanent. It is a lot of extra work to reset the HMI to be able to be resold and we can no longer sell it as new.

Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 day) to the USA.

All items over $500 ship 2-3 Day with a Signature confirmation.

International shipping is a $50 flat flat charge. Items ship USPS Priority Mail International

LEAD TIMES

Items that require programming have a 1-3 business day lead time before item can be shipped.

BACKORDERS

Some items are backordered because I special order items for you based off your vehicle needs. These items typically take 3-5 days to come in but this is subject to GM availability.  This insures the you receive the newest GM part number available. This also keeps my overhead a bit lower so I can charge you less.
